As part of my administrative responsibilities, I assisted with organizing both physical and digital receipts, documents, and other records, helping keep information accessible and streamlined for the team. I was also tasked with supporting the creation of event timelines. This process involved gathering all of the event details, structuring them into a clear, chronological timeline, and then reviewing the draft with my supervisor. After receiving feedback, I made revisions and repeated the process until the timeline was finalized and ready to be shared with clients and vendors. These responsibilities strengthened my organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to translate complex information into usable formats for event execution.
